Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the workingtravelgroup.com website (the “Service”) operated by Working Travel Group Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Working Travel Group (WTG) system and “The Hub” (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Working Travel Group Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you, whether as an Operator or an Agent, agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the WTG Platform

The WTG Platform is a technology solution designed to provide a comprehensive suite of tools to support both travel operators and agents in streamlining their operations, managing bookings, distributing products, and enhancing customer engagement within the responsible travel sector.

2. Pricing Model and Financial Transactions

The WTG Platform operates on a transparent pricing model:
* Global Customer Retail Price: Operators will establish a global customer retail price for their trips.
* Operator Net Charge: From this retail price, the operator’s net charge is deducted.
* Agent Gross Margin: The remaining amount constitutes the agent’s gross margin.
* WTG Platform Fee:
* WTG takes a small platform fee from this gross margin.
* A greater margin may be taken if the agent requires client financial bonding and/or additional tools to comply with Travel Package Regulations (TPR).

3. Operator Responsibilities and Conditions

* Monthly Service Fee: Operators agree to pay a monthly service fee. This fee contributes to the continuous development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Platform, providing operators with valuable resources, tools, and growth opportunities.
* Product Information: Operators are solely responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information, including trip details, pricing, availability, and terms. This ensures agents can represent trips accurately and helps avoid consumer complaints.
* Direct to Consumer (D2C) Sales: Where operators choose to engage in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales through the Platform, the operator assumes full responsibility and liability for the selling and delivery of the trip, including all customer service and legal obligations.
* Lead Generation: While WTG will make efforts to promote operator trips through SEO on its online marketplaces, WTG has no duty of service to deliver a certain amount of leads or bookings to the operator. Paid advertising options are available as an additional product, and WTG will communicate these options during onboarding.
* Agent Migration & Pricing: Operators are expected to make every effort to migrate their existing agents onto the WTG Platform. Discussions will be held between WTG and the operator regarding future pricing structures to ensure fairness across existing and new agents, preventing operators from undercutting the WTG model.
* Extensions: If a customer wishes to extend their trip, operators are expected to direct the customer back to the original selling agent. In situations where an operator handles an in-country extension, they must sell it at the same retail rate the agent has been instructed to use, and not at their operator net rate, to avoid undercutting pre-sale consumer prices and prevent complaints.
* Financial Reporting: WTG will provide operators with financial reports detailing client money received by WTG for operator payment, and also when the operator charges and receives client/agent money directly. In the latter case, WTG will invoice the operator in the month following travel to collect the platform fee.

4. Agent Responsibilities and Conditions

* Access Options:
* Agents Meeting TPR: Agents with existing brand, client financial bonding, and compliance with Travel Package Regulations (TPR) can access the booking platform free of charge.
* Agents Needing Support (Holiday Executives): Agents requiring client financial bonding and additional tools to meet TPR will be directed to the Travel Franchise Group (TFG) programme, where specific terms and conditions apply (refer to TFG T&Cs). Where WTG is involved with its Holiday Executives agent network, WTG will arrange the required insurance cover for its part of the selling process.
* Global Customer Retail Price: Agents selling trips through the Platform agree to adhere to the global customer retail price set by the operator. Agents are permitted to mark up the trip cost if they offer additional services or products as part of their own offering.
* Pricing Consistency: For customers undertaking the same trip, particularly in groups at the same time of year, it is expected that they will have paid the same rate for the same service delivered in-country. WTG acknowledges that different seasonal pricing may occur depending on the operator and product offered.
* Add-ons: WTG will agree to a set of pre- or post-departure add-ons that can be purchased through the Platform.

5. Platform Evolution and Beta Features

Users acknowledge that the WTG Platform is a continuously evolving entity. Enhanced features and functionalities will be rolled out regularly. WTG may promote future features, including those in beta/test mode (e.g., using AI to build trip itineraries), which may not be fully deployed or fully functional at the point of an operator’s or agent’s onboarding. Use of such beta features is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Disputes

ny disputes that may occur between a consumer, an agent, and an operator are the primary responsibility of those involved. Working Travel Group Ltd. has no direct liability but will make efforts to mitigate issues and find a reasonable solution, without assuming liability for the underlying dispute.

7. Amendments

Working Travel Group Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
